Podcast Guest Release

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) form the basis of your participation and interview on the Digital Investor Podcast (“Podcast” or “the program”).
By agreeing to take part in the interview for the Digital Investor Podcast, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not participate in the podcast interview.
The Digital Investors Podcast is provided by the eBusiness Institute Pty Ltd. Any reference to “the podcast providers”, “interviewers”, “we”, “our”, “us” or similar words throughout this agreement includes the ebusiness Institute Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, agents, presenters, associates, successors and assigns.
Background
We have invited you to be interviewed by us for viewing or listening by our online audience worldwide and in doing so this should also help to promote and position you and your business online.
While it is envisioned to syndicate the interview across multiple online places we reserve the right to post where and when we see fit, including not posting the interview at all. We obviously can’t make promises nor guarantees as to results and outcomes.
For instance your Podcast interview may appear in the following places: www.digitalinvestors.com, www.ebusinessinstitute.com.au and any related websites/social media sites eg www.YouTube.com/@DigitalinvestorShow, online training programs, blogs or platforms including podcast platforms run by us.
Guest Release
As a guest on our podcast, you agree to the recording and distribution of your voice and performance as part of your interview on the Digital Investors Podcast (“the program”) and you confirm that you have agreed to be interviewed or otherwise participate in the program.
You acknowledge that we are the sole owner of all rights in and to the program, and that we have the sole right to use, publish and distribute the program and your performance in any and all media formats on all platforms worldwide, as we see fit, in perpetuity.
From the time of creation we will own all intellectual property in the interview recording, and any content or materials relating to the production and distribution of the program which we may use for commercial purposes. You will not own the interview recording or receive any financial gain from the interview recording. We do not pay a speaker fee for the interview.
We may change or edit the recording in any way and make it available in any format, and include it as part of our programs or in a paid or free product we create. You will not own the interview recording or have any right to use it without our permission. We are very happy for you to link to the recording on our websites or social media.
You understand that we will use the interview including transcript on our website or other marketing or media platforms as we see fit, and agree we may use your image, voice, name and title with the interview.
You agree that your participation in the program confers upon you no rights of use, ownership, or copyright. You release the podcast providers from all liability for any claims by you or any third party in connection with your participation in the program.
Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Queensland, Australia in any and all disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement.
